Byron Beck was on the Cort and Fatboy show on September 17, 2009 and talked about his interview with Storm Large for an upcoming Just Out cover story. Byron mentioned that Storm would likely be working on projects outside of Portland in the future. Listen to the podcast here. The part where Byron talks about his interview with Storm starts around the 1 hour and 11 minute mark.

Byron's interview with Storm is in the September 18, 2009 issue of Just Out on page 18. Storm reveals that she is currently in talks to take Crazy Enough to Los Angeles and/or New York.

Portlanders might not get to see Storm perform around town as much in the future, but they can see Storm at the Oregon Symphony in an event titled "Crazy Love" on February 13, 2010.

The latest acting project that Storm Large is involved in is a role in director James Westby's film "Rid of Me". In an interview with indieWIRE, Westby describes the film as "an ultra low-budget black comedy ... about a very sad woman who really hates her husband’s friends." According to casting director Lana Veenker, the film also stars Katie O'Grady as the lead character Meris, Theresa Russell as Mrs. Lockwood - the mother of Storm's character, and Art Alexakis - Everclear frontman.

"Let's Go" was used as the theme song for "The Next Star", and is the first single from Suzie's new album titled "Rock-n-Roller". Suzie will be celebrating the release of "Rock-n-Roller" at the Mod Club Theatre in Toronto on Monday November 3, 2008. The production is by Portland Center Stage at the Gerding Theater in the Ellyn Bye Studio and runs from March 31, 2009 – June 7, 2009.
